QuickBooks® Ready Equine Chart of Accounts
Q. Do you sell the Equine Chart of Accounts for set up in QuickBooks ?
A. Yes. If you will be starting from scratch in QuickBooks, we provide a file that will match the program version you will be using. The cost for this service is $75.00, an excellent value, considering the time required to set up an accurate chart of accounts yourself.
If your practice currently uses QuickBooks, we do not recommend importing the chart into it. Instead, modify the current practice account setup to achieve the correct format. QuickBooks is very flexible in allowing account name changes, account merging, and account reorganization. If you would like assistance with customizing your current QuickBooks chart to match the Equine COA, we provide that service. We quote the price after we are able to view the current condition of your practice’s database. Please call 440-926-3800 and ask Stacey for more information about how we can help accelerate your transition. We do not provide a downloadable version, because QuickBooks is sold in many versions and updates frequently. We will, however, email you the correct file for your program version, in addition to a CD copy.

Our clients have said...
"I feel like we are cared for and that you watch over us. Before we worked with Marsha L. Heinke, CPA, Inc., I felt like no one knew what was going on with our practice. We couldn't get the answers to the questions we had. No longer am I worried about horrible surprises. We feel you have our best interests at the forefront."
