If you will be starting from scratch in QuickBooks, we provide a file that will match the program version you will be using. The cost for this service is $75.00, an excellent value, considering the time required to set up an accurate chart of accounts yourself. If your practice currently uses QuickBooks, we do not recommend importing the chart into it. Instead, modify the current practice account setup to achieve the correct format. QuickBooks is very flexible in allowing account name changes, account merging, and account reorganization. If you would like assistance with customizing your current QuickBooks chart to match the Equine COA, we provide that service. We quote the price after we are able to view the current condition of your practice’s database.
