Fraud Survey and Report to the Profession

Our firm conducts The Veterinary Fraud Survey bi-annually to provide an understanding of the magnitude of fraud in the veterinary industry.

Read the results of  the 2011 fraud survey at http://www.veterinarypracticefraud.com/

The survey collects data regarding the occurrence of fraud within each veterinary practice, the age, income level, and length of employment of the fraudster as well as other information pertinent to fraud detection and prevention.

Survey data is compiled and presented in the form of a bi-annual newsletter that provides valuable information regarding fraud detection, analysis, and prevention.

The VPMP Dare to Care Subscription Program

The Dare to Care program supports your everyday management efforts to encourage employees to “do the right thing”,  by coaching ethical behavior and alignment with core values and practice policy.

The program includes topical quarterly posters that remind employees about profit enhancing responsibilities such as client service, inventory safeguarding, and accurate invoicing.  The posters are displayed in a program-included Plexiglas awareness center for easy placement near employment law posters and the time clock.

The program also features a 24-7 employee hot line for reporting highly sensitive issues of concern. The toll-free phone number supplements and supports other risk management actions such as documented anti-harassment training, liability insurance, and employee policy handbooks.

The low, inexpensive annual subscription fee is based on practice locations and employee numbers.

Challenge your team to have a stake in your practice.

Our clients have said...

"I feel like we are cared for and that you watch over us. Before we worked with Marsha L. Heinke, CPA, Inc., I felt like no one knew what was going on with our practice. We couldn't get the answers to the questions we had. No longer am I worried about horrible surprises. We feel you have our best interests at the forefront."
